Mindful Healing Mama is a holistic wellness coaching practice dedicated to nurturing new and soon-to-be mothers and caretakers on their own unique healing journeys.
I empower female-bodied (women and non-binary) folks to connect with their own inner resources, regulate their nervous system, and ask for the support they deserve in order to find inner peace, balance, harmony, and joy.
Through a supportive and non-judgemental environment, I help new mothers and mothers-to-be cultivate mindful awareness, embodiment practices, loving habits, and nurturing beliefs so they can live their most authentic, fulfilled, badass lives.
As Mindful Healing Mama, I believe that healing for the mother means healing for the future of the world.
